Chavelly was born in the Dominican Republic. She is married with one daughter and a German Shepherd. She has 6 sisters and 1 brother. Her family means everything to her! Her educational background is very dynamic. She is an avid learner, having studied accounting in the Dominican Republic. She also has an Associate in Liberal Arts (New York) and an Associate in Science in the area of Dental Hygiene. She graduated with honors from both institutions. more...

She was raised by her grandparents and credits her grandmother Amelia as the person responsible for who she is today. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, going to the movies, beach, theme parks and anything else that involves time with her loved ones.

She loves the dental field, because it allows her to create confident and healthy smiles. The wellbeing of her patients is her priority. She enjoys not just cleaning teeth but educating her patients about the importance of oral hygiene for the overall health. Also, she likes to participate in dental volunteer activities, such as Mission Smiles. She really enjoys doing volunteer work in the community. Lastly, but not least, she is a faithful believer of God and his magnificence.


Brenda, CRDH was born in Mexico City, Mexico. She studied in the United States receiving her Associates Degree in Science. Brenda is a highly experienced professional, with 11 years of dental experience as a dental technician, dental assistant, and presently dental hygienist. She is highly commended for her gentle touch by patients. Aside from her professional skill, she is always upbeat and driven. Brenda raised two daughters and one adopted dog named Chico. (You can follow him on Instagram! Brenda resides in Riverview, FL and enjoys volunteering, yoga, puzzles, reading, traveling and spending quality time with family. Brenda also habla español.


Jairo graduated from Hillsborough Community College with an associate degree in dental hygiene (2019); additionally receiving a certification in local anesthesia. Aside from dentistry, he is a very skilled painter. He was the 2014 Congressional Choice Award winner of US Representative Kathy Castor’s Congressional Art Contest for his watercolor painting, “Nature is my Companion.” more...

Jairo also enjoys fitness, having won 1st place in teenage bodybuilding at the age of 17. He is additionally passionate about soccer. His favorite teams are Real Madrid (Spain) and the Brazil National Football Team. If he is not painting or working out, he enjoys the outdoors - whether biking, hiking or swimming. He loves motorcycles and his favorite food is whatever his mom makes for him.

Dental Assistant

Millie was born in Antigua and raised in St. Croix, US Virgin Islands. She attended the Laurel School of Medical and Dental Assistant in Phoenix, Arizona where she received her expanded functions certification. Millie has been a dental assistant for over thirty years. Her calm and light-hearted demeanor makes patients feel at home. She is the mother of two beautiful daughters. Her hobbies include going to the movies and enjoying herself at amusement parks.

Dental Assistant

Queen was born and raised in Trenton, New Jersey. She attended Bradford High School where she excelled in academics (maintaining a 3.5 grade point average) and actually graduated early! An active member of her Student Government, Queen also played basketball and ran track and field. She participated in the Jr. Olympics 3 years in a row. more...

Queen received her certification as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant from Erwin Technical College in March 2020. She is new to dentistry but is extremely passionate about the field, taking an interest at a very young age. She describes herself as reliable with a strong work ethic and great attention to detail. We also find her upbeat and whimsical – a true testament to her nickname Sunny. There is always a smile on her face! In her spare time, Queen enjoys relaxing, shopping and spending time with family – especially her 4-year-old daughter.

Operations Manager

Richard hails from Jamaica, but grew up in the windy city of Chicago. After graduation he took over the family business for over 32 years. He moved to Tampa in 2006 and opened up “Ginja Bay” Restaurant for over 8 years. He is currently the operations manager for Tomlinson Dental and enjoys assisting patients finance their dental treatment. Richard's hobbies include traveling, swimming, bike riding and cooking.

Office Manager

Sita was born on the beautiful Island of Trinidad in the West Indies. She is married with three children. After high school she completed course accounting and computers, working in the bank for over 15 years. After moving to Florida, she worked in retail for 9 years; December 2013 Sita changed careers and started at Tomlinson Dental. Her hobbies include playing cricket and most outdoor activities, being at the seaside as well as cooking all types of foods especially West Indian food.

Finance Coordinator

Sandra was born on the beautiful tropical island of Jamaica. She is a warm, caring person. She brought with her a wealth of knowledge from the corporate world especially in the area of customer service. She worked in banking for over 19 years. She is now in dentistry, another step along her journey of personal growth and development. She is a mother of two adult children; son Cleon and daughter Camille. She enjoys cooking, baking, and gardening. If music is playing, guaranteed she is dancing.

Patient Coordinator

Keisha hails from Portland, Jamaica, attending Excelsior Community College in Kingston. Having worked most of her professional career in the airline and hotel industry, she served as front office supervisor and revenue auditor for the world-renowned Half Moon Hotel in Montego Bay, Jamaica. While she had minimal experience in dentistry, she was a great fit for the Front Office Team. more...

She brings several years of high-level customer service experience to Tomlinson Dental. Keisha is very driven - a true go-getter; literally seizing the Patient Coordinator opportunity in pursuit of a new career journey. Our running joke is that Keisha actually hired herself! Additionally, her optimistic outlook and can-do attitude have both made her transition into dentistry seamless. She is the eldest of 6 children and enjoys dancing and listening to dancehall music, having danced professionally and competitively before migrating to the United States.

Schedule Coordinator

Sarya Delgado, our beloved Scheduling Coordinator passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, January 21st. Sarya was brilliant and full of so much promise! She was also extremely patient-focused and loved to make our patients smile! She always strived to create a memorable patient experience from start to finish. In addition to dentistry, her hobbies included: needlepoint, kayaking and attending music concerts.more...

Born in Brooklyn, NY, she was raised in Tampa, FL. While in high school, she found herself highly interested in dentistry. So much so, that upon graduating, she successfully completed a dental assisting course at Central Florida Institute. She spent the first two years of her career chairside but quickly realized she was passionate about the patient experience from inception. Sarya will be sorely missed by her Tomlinson Dental family. We extend our deepest condolences to her family and loved ones during this difficult time.

Insurance Coordinator

Lana is originally from the beautiful Trinidad and Tobago. Although, she’s spent most of her life in America, she still refers to Trinidad as "home". She migrated to America shortly after high school where her family settled in New York. Lana is the baby girl of the family. Her position is the third in line. She has 2 elder sisters and a brother. 11 years ago, Lana relocated to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida in search of a new career after working in the private sector in NYC. A friend suggested returning to school. After much research, she would find her way into a Dental Assisting Program at the International School of Health, Beauty and Technology. Her ultimate goal was to find a front desk position where she could apply her new found dental knowledge. She was a Dental Assistant for 7 years before finally achieving her dream of working in the front office. Lana thanks God for all the learning experiences she’s gained; her faith that “God would take care of us” never wavered. And that's just what happened when she relocated to Tampa in 2018. She interviewed with Tomlinson Dental and was hired immediately.

Her passion is photography. Something happens once she is behind the lens. “I just see creativity beginning to happen. One day this passion will be realized”.

Recall Coordinator

Bonnie was born and raised in Tampa, FL. The youngest girl in her family, she is a graduate of King High School (Tampa, FL). She also holds a certification in Dental Assisting as a graduate of Tampa Bay Area Vocational Technical Center (Class of 1979) now known as Erwin Technical College. more...

Bonnie has been in the dental field for 40 years overall. She recently returned, however, after retiring for 6 years to care for her in laws. She has been married for 38 years and has 1 son and 1 granddaughter. She loves spending time with her family and helping people when they are in need. She also loves being outdoors whenever she can – her favorite past time is tending to her beautiful garden. She strongly believes that you treat people with kindness and respect and credits her parents for this mantra.
