Posted On: 01/12/2026 *Blessed Care* Tomlinson Dental's staff and team are truly appreciated. From check-in to treatment- to checking-out: The Care is wonderful. They are efficient with HIPA: ensuring privacy when checking-in and throughout the office experience. Dr. McDonald absolutely cares about the treatment and the consideration of her patients. The Dental team: Ms. Millie brought calm and comfort to the Dental exam experience. When it comes to Dental education for the patient: Dr. McDonald gave us the detailed information and explained the steps of the exam, shared with us the insight we needed to better understand procedure outcomes.

Chair-side hospitality is Gentle, Courteous and comforting.

The Dental Practice Environment: Very inviting. There is a soothing waterfall wall in the seating area.

Timeliness: the appointment was not delayed and was right on time.

Parking: Tomlinson Dental has on-site free parking.

ADA: Tomlinson Dental is wheelchair accessible.

Restroom: is Wheelchair accessible.

If you are usually nervous about going to the dentist or you have a fear of not understanding your opinions: Tomlinson Dental is a GodSend for you. Melissa B

Posted On: 12/30/2025 The service was exceptional, however they no longer take insurances and they waited until after the service (cleaning) to inform me of that. I paid $211 out of pocket for a cleaning. I am waiting to see how much Aetna will reimburse me directly since they are now out of Network. Moving forward, when you go for a visit at Tomilison Dental, make sure you have a pocket full of money. Janis S

Staff were very pleasant and friendly; making sure to speak to every patient in the waiting room as each one of them came back in from lunch. Millie was my dental assistant and she was very gentle and sweet. Dr. McDonald made sure to explain in detail about my oral care and answer any questions I had. Posted On: 11/12/2025 I went to this office and they did not want to give me a statement of services rendered and also they said they don't do root canals however it's on there website. I had to insist that I get a receipt which I paid $97 and a statement of services rendered the next day. They intentionally gave me x-rays that look tempered with and lastly I had call and email to get a full mouth x ray that wasn't sent initially. Just because someone shakes your hand doesn't mean there honest. Very disappointed in this dentist office. Tammy C
