Posted On: 05/16/2024 I’m posting this review for my mother (Lorna) who had multiple procedures done today. She told me that her experience at Tomlinson Dental was phenomenal. She has always been afraid of the dentist’s office because of a terrible root canal experience, but she has nothing but great things to say about this office.

In her words: Dr. McDonald is caring and gentle. She and Millie took their time, and were meticulous. This is the best practice I’ve ever been to. Thank you! Val S

Posted On: 05/14/2024 I had nothing but bad experiences with this office. The first time I came in all they did was take X rays and look in my mouth. They didn’t even clean my teeth. They had me make another appointment to get my teeth cleaned. That’s when they did everything for my missing crown as well. So then I had to go for a third appointment to get my crown put on. However, the crown didn’t get there in time for my appointment and I didn’t even get a call or voicemail for the delay so I showed up to my appointment and had to just leave. Finally got my crown on and another cleaning at 6months. When I tried to make an appointment to get a 3rd cleaning the person that sets appointments was never there and wouldn’t call me back for days. So I decided to go to another office. After getting an X ray and cleaning, in the same appointment, at the new office they let me know the crown that was placed only a year ago was done poorly and left a gap where food was getting stuck. This caused decay on my tooth under the crown. When I asked for a partial refund for having to get my crown replaced again, they said no because there was no decay on the tooth on my last visit. My last visit I didn’t even get X-rays so they couldn’t have known. The only time I got X-rays was my first visit and they hadn’t put the crown on yet. Do not waste your time with this office. Posted On: 04/25/2024 I called this office after calling many others. My 11 yo son needed a tooth extracted. Every pediatric dentist that was covered by our insurance would not take him due to his age. They told me to come in as soon as I could and would help. The office staff and dentist were amazing! They worked with my budget and were great with my son! I’m now looking to switch providers just so we can come to their office. Thank you so much! Kelly M

From start to finish Tatiana held my hand and Dr. T treated me with so much love ❤️😘 and patience, Millie made sure that I knew her presence was near. Dr. McDonald made me feel so welcome and Dr. El performed all three of my surgeries she did a fantastic job. I had three hygienists. They were all phenomenal. I felt the POWER OF GOD 🙏🙏🙏🙏 in the office 🙏🙏 there's no way on earth 🌎 I could have ever went through 😔 these procedures without anyone of them. The receptionist is awesome, the young lady who sets your appointment is so kind and very pleasant 😊. Even down to sitting down receiving a consultation is fantastic 😊 Dr. Tomlinson Dental 🪥 is a hidden gem 💎💎💎 the best dental experience one can ever have. Everyone there is family to me 🙏💓 they ALL took excellent care of me and I thank God for each and every one of them.
