Posted On: 04/19/2022 I had an amazing experience at my first visit with Tomlinson today! The office staff were very friendly & warm, not to mention the energy vibe was super awesome as well. I was treated with the upmost respect & kindness. Everything was explained thoroughly about my dental needs & payment options. I'm extremely pleased with their level of professionalism. Posted On: 02/10/2022 Hmmm, this dental office is ripping off their customers right, left and center, they add to your bills, they refuse to acknowledged the work done in your mouth and they lied about everything.
The office manager lied about my insurance, when confronted by my insurance ,she lied, the owner is an accomplice to cheat, lied . This place is only concerned about money, patients are just a number.
My experience: I was there for a filling, they keep paging the DR working on my filling to hurry up there is another patient waiting on you.
Guess what, she hurried her job through my filling and the filling came off in 6 months.
However I give them the benefit of the doubt and went back there today for them to fix their problem..
Hmmm the Answer was get this lol.
The answer was that they never worked on my teeth.
GOD forbid and save future patients.
I complained to my insurance and they are in the prosdure of getting sued.
Stay away from this GOD forbidden density.

They are great at keeping you informed of every step of your visit. They also offer a great dental care plan. Dental hygienist are courteous, friendly, and gentle. Tomlinson Dental took care of my needs with the upmost professionalism one could ask for.
