Today my husband had to get some work done and Dr. Tomlinson stepped in and made it happen. I've always had a fear of the dentist, but this group chased my fears away. Thank you everyone!!! Posted On: 03/20/2016 I had an appointment scheduled for 02-15-2016, on my day off. My appt was set for 11:30. I was called in the back at 12pm, and wasn't seen until 1:30pm. I was very disguised, having to wait. I was even more disgusted at the fact one of the dental assistants was trying to force me to go grab lunch and come back in the afternoon after I have wasted my entire morning. The assistants also complained about how they don't get lunch at times, which is irrelevant to me. I came for a service, I'm paying MY money and expect to get the proper and prompt service that I should. Also, I was given one price prior to having dental work done. Today, 03-20-2016 I checked my mailbox and received a letter stating that I owe an additional $500 dollars. This is the second time I've received an after the fact letter nearly a month after service. It frustrates me because I was not given accurate information PRIOR to service on either occasion. I will NEVER step foot back in this dental office. Rachel G

Dr. Mac administered the anesthesia. This was my first experience with Dr Mac. Dr T very funny as always and truly cares about her patients. All three ladies are awesome and have truly changed my outlook on visiting the dentist.

Dr Tomlinson and Dr MacDonald are very friendly and professional. They do a excellent job at repairing cavities, dentures and cleaning teeth. Also, getting teeth x-rays and teeth cavities repaired is pleasant and does not hurt. My husband and I have been coming to that dental clinic for years and have always have an excellent experience.

Posted On: 08/27/2015 DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. As a new patient, I waited an hour and 15 minutes in a hot waiting room, with a small fan, before I was even seen. I had to ask for the paperwork to fill out myself. Once I was taken back they took x-rays, which took about 40 minutes. The dentist, Dr. Tomnlinson, finally came in and proceeded to tell me she was going to pull 4 of my teeth. I have since had a second opinion by another dentist and an endodontist and was told I need two root canals and the others need filings. No teeth need to be pulled. Dr. Tomnlinson's office also told me it would cost a total of $8,000 for all of the work I needed done. The second opinion dentist I went to, with a state of the art facility, said they had never heard of anything like that, and with him saving my teeth it would cost half that. I was clearly upset in Dr. Tomnlinson's chair having been told my teeth needed to be pulled, I was trying to come to terms about what that would mean for my diet, and said I love steaks and Dr. Tomnlinson replied 'you can still eat steaks, just put it in a blender first.' Completely unprofessional all around. They told me they wouldn't release my x-rays to me personally, and it's been two weeks and still have not sent the x-rays to my new dentist. I have spoken to multiple people there and they are extremely rude. The new dentist office I'm going to is completely baffled by the lack of professionalism and plan for course of treatment. Save your moth - do not go to this office. Beth S
