05/11/2022 I was booked in for a dental cleaning. I arrived on time for the appointment and was advised my appointment was cancelled as the appointment was not confirmed. I asked how was I supposed to confirm the appointment and was told they call me yesterday. No email, no text. I was busy at work and couldn’t answer the call. What a waste of time. 04/19/2022 I had an amazing experience at my first visit with Tomlinson today! The office staff were very friendly & warm, not to mention the energy vibe was super awesome as well. I was treated with the upmost respect & kindness. Everything was explained thoroughly about my dental needs & payment options. I'm extremely pleased with their level of professionalism.
